See it work
Your team's real work, done faster with AI.
- 1
A short survey
Each person tells me which tasks take them the longest. The workshop is built around those tasks, not generic examples.
- 2
A hands-on workshop
Two hours for up to 10 people, or a half day. Everyone works on their own tasks with the AI tool you chose, in person in Houston or remote.
- 3
Follow-up
Office hours for questions afterwards, an updated prompt library and before-and-after time tracking on the tasks from the survey.
The problem
Why it matters.
Most teams either avoid AI or use it in ways that put company data at risk. Generic online courses don't connect to their real work, so habits never change.

Who does what
I teach and set things up. Your team does the work, faster.
- The survey and a workshop built on your team's real tasks
- A prompt library for each role
- A plain-English AI usage and data privacy policy
- Setting up ChatGPT Team, Claude, Copilot or Gemini in your business's name
- Office hours and before-and-after time tracking
- Survey answers and a laptop for each person attending
- Approving the AI usage policy
- Checking AI output before it goes to a customer
Example
A week of office writing, before and after.
- Customer emails and quotes written from scratch every time
- About 30 minutes for each meeting summary or report
- A few people pasting customer details into free AI tools, with no rules
- Everyone with their own way of doing it
- First drafts from saved prompts, then edited by a person
- Summaries drafted in minutes, then checked and sent
- Approved tools and a written policy on what data stays out
- A shared prompt library for each role
Illustrative example for an office team of about 8 people, not a client result. Your numbers depend on your team and its tasks, and the free audit estimates them.

Is training in person?
In person around Houston or remote anywhere.
Do you help choose which AI tool to use?
Yes, based on the software you already use and your data needs.
Do you provide an AI policy?
Yes. A plain-English policy covering approved tools and what data stays out.
What does AI training for employees cover?
Practical use of ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini on your team's own tasks: writing, research, customer replies, spreadsheets and planning. It also covers what not to put into AI and how to check its answers.
How much does AI training cost?
From $750 per workshop, which is two hours for up to 10 people. A half day is from $1,500. AI tool seats, if you need them, are billed at cost in your business's name. The final price is in writing after the free audit.
Do my employees need technical skills?
No. If they can write an email, they can follow along. Everyone works on their own tasks with the tool on their own laptop.
What if we have more than 10 people?
Larger groups get extra sessions so everyone stays hands-on. Extra workshops are quoted separately.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Training is a one-time project. Follow-up office hours and the updated prompt library are part of it.
Will using AI put our company data at risk?
It can when people use it with no rules. The workshop and the written policy spell out which tools are approved and what data stays out, like customer and financial details.
Do you build automations during the training?
No. The workshop teaches your team to use AI tools themselves. Automations and AI agents are separate services, if the workshop turns up work worth automating.
