Terms of Service
Who we are
These terms apply to grandnashstudio.com and to the services provided by Grand Nash Studio, a DBA of Grand Nash INC, in Houston, TX ("we", "us"). By using the site or hiring us, you agree to these terms. Contact us at hello@grandnashstudio.com or (346) 277-0805.
Proposals come first
Every project starts with a written proposal or quote that lists the work, price and timeline. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins. Work outside the proposal is quoted separately before we start it.
Free audits and estimates
The free AI audit has no cost and no obligation. Prices on the site and in the calculator are starting points and estimates, not a binding quote; your proposal sets the final price.
Payment
Setup or project fees are due as stated in your proposal, usually before work begins. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. If a payment is more than 10 days late, we may pause the services until it's paid. Fees from outside providers that your setup uses (such as phone numbers, texting, AI usage or software subscriptions) are billed as described in your proposal.
Monthly plans and cancellation
Monthly plans are month to month, with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice by email. Setup and project fees aren't refundable once work has started, and months already billed aren't prorated. When a plan ends, we'll help you export your data and hand over accounts that belong to you.
Your part
You agree to give us accurate information and the access we need, such as logins, content and approvals, in a reasonable time. You confirm you have the right to use any content, logos and data you give us. You're responsible for how your business contacts its own customers, including getting any consent required by law before they receive automated calls or text messages.
AI tools
AI assistants can make mistakes. We set them up carefully and test them, but you should review what they say for your business and tell us when something needs to change. They aren't meant for emergencies or for medical, legal or financial advice, and they don't replace your own judgment.
Outside services
Our work relies on outside providers for hosting, phone and text, AI and software. Their own terms apply, and we aren't responsible for their outages, price changes or policy changes, though we'll help you work around them.
Who owns what
You own your business's content and data. Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content we create for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, prompts and methods, and you get the right to use them as part of your setup while you work with us. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Using this website
The information on this site is general and may change. The businesses in our demos are fictional. Don't misuse the site, forms or demo line, for example by sending spam, trying to break or overload them, or trying to make the AI assistant do something it isn't meant to. We may block access that looks abusive.
No guarantees
We work hard to deliver results, but we can't promise a specific number of leads, bookings, sales or search rankings. The site and services are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve it by talking first.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the effective date above. Changes don't affect a proposal you've already signed.
