Example conversation

See it work

Every customer gets asked. Every review gets a reply.

  1. 1

    The job closes

When a job or visit is marked done in your job, POS or CRM system, the review request is queued for that customer.

  2. 2

    Everyone gets the same link

Every customer gets a short text or email with the same Google review link, whatever kind of visit they had. Nobody is filtered out or offered anything for a review.

  3. 3

    You approve the reply

When a review comes in, an AI draft of your reply comes to you. Approve it with one tap, or edit it first.

The problem

Why it matters.

Happy customers rarely leave reviews unless they're asked at the right moment, and most businesses forget to ask. Unanswered reviews also look bad to the next customer reading them.

What's included

What it does.

  • Sends review requests by text or email after each job
  • Timing tied to your job or POS system
  • Optional private feedback form, offered to every customer alongside the Google link
  • AI-drafted replies to every review for your approval
  • Monthly review and rating report
  • Works for multiple locations

How it works

From first call to live.

  1. 1

    Connect your jobs

Completed jobs or visits trigger the request automatically.

  2. 2

    Write the ask

Short, personal and sent when the customer is happiest.

  3. 3

    Approve replies

Reply drafts come to you, and you approve with one tap.

Who does what

The asking and drafting are automated. Your name stays on every reply.

Automated
  • Sending a review request after every finished job
  • Using the same Google link for every customer, with no filtering by rating
  • Drafting a reply to every new review
  • Watching the job connection so requests don't silently stop
  • A monthly report of requests sent, new reviews and rating
Still you
  • Approving or editing reply drafts, usually a minute or two
  • Handling any customer who shares a complaint, in person or by phone
  • Getting customer consent to receive texts and emails from your business

Example

A month of reviews, before and after.

Before: when you remember
  • About 60 finished jobs, with a review asked for maybe 5 times
  • One or two new reviews a month, some months none
  • Several reviews sitting without a reply
  • The newest review on your profile is months old
After: automated
  • A request sent after every one of the 60 jobs
  • A steady trickle of new reviews from real customers
  • Every new review answered, with a draft ready the same day
  • A short monthly report on requests, reviews and rating

Illustrative example for a home service business with about 60 jobs a month, not a client result. Your numbers depend on your business, and the free audit estimates them.

Who it's for

Best fit.

  • Every local business
  • Home services
  • Restaurants
  • Medical and dental offices
  • Auto shops
  • Salons

Works with your tools

Nothing to move.

I build around what you already use. Common examples:

  • Google Business Profile
  • Jobber
  • Housecall Pro
  • Square
  • Toast
  • Your CRM

Google Review Automation questions.

Is it allowed to ask for Google reviews?

Yes. Asking every customer is fine. What's not allowed is offering rewards for reviews or only asking happy customers, so the system asks everyone.

Do you write fake reviews?

Never. Only real customers leave reviews. AI only drafts your replies.

How much can reviews help?

Review count, rating and recency are all part of how Google ranks local businesses in Maps.

What is Google review automation?

A system that sends every customer a review request after their job or visit and drafts replies to the reviews you get. You approve every reply before it posts.

How does the review request get sent?

Your job, POS or CRM system tells it when a job is finished, and it sends a short text or email with your Google review link. The timing and wording are set with you during setup.

What about unhappy customers?

They get the same Google link as everyone else. You can add an optional private feedback form next to the link, but never instead of it, because Google doesn't allow steering unhappy customers away.

Can I offer a discount for a review?

No. Google doesn't allow rewards, discounts or anything else in exchange for reviews, so I don't set that up.

Can you remove a bad review?

No. I don't remove or dispute reviews for you. What I can do is draft a calm, professional reply for you to approve, which is what the next customer reads.

How much does Google review automation cost?

From $99/mo plus a $99 one-time setup. Text message and AI usage are billed at cost in your business's name, and you get the final price in writing after the free audit.

Will I get more reviews or a higher ranking?

Asking every customer usually brings in more reviews than asking now and then, but I can't guarantee a number of reviews, a rating or a ranking.
