Who we are

What we collect

Information you submit through our forms: your name, business name, industry, team size, email, phone number, the services you're interested in, your message and any calculator estimate you choose to send. We also record the page you submitted from and how you found the site (for example, a search or ad campaign).

If you call or text our business line, including to try a demo, we receive your phone number and the content of the conversation. Demo calls and texts may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond and improve the service.

Do not send sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers or health information through the form or demo line.

Website receptionist demo

If you try the receptionist demo on our website, your voice is streamed live to our voice platform (LiveKit), which uses speech, AI and voice providers to run the call. We don't record the call, and we don't store the conversation after it ends. Don't share personal or sensitive information in the demo; the businesses in it are fictional.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare your audit or proposal, follow up with you about it, and improve our services. We do not sell your information or use it to build advertising profiles.

Text messages

By submitting a form or texting our number, you agree that we may contact you by text about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site and respond to you, including Cloudflare (hosting, security and anonymous analytics), Resend (email delivery), Google (calendar and business tools), and our phone, texting and AI providers. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without tracking you across sites. Your browser stores how you first found our site so we can attribute your request correctly.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to work with you and meet legal obligations. Email hello@grandnashstudio.com to request a copy or deletion of your information, and we'll handle it promptly.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit who can access it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
